POLICIESS

Important policies for all services. All charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. All service charges are non-refundable.

GENERAL POLICIES

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

A booking fee will be required for most services upon booking an appointment. Booking fee amount vary depending on the service. This fee reserves your appointment date and time and will be credited to your service cost.

 

The booking fee is non-refundable should you choose to cancel your appointment. Rescheduling must be requested with at least 48 hours notice or booking fee will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION + NO SHOW

As a courtesy we require a minimum of 48 hours notification to cancel or change your appointment. Failure to notify or "no show" your appointment may result in refusal/cancellation of future services.

 

Please remember that booking fees are non-refundable - should you cancel your appointment your booking fee is forfeited. We will respect and honour your booking time, please respect ours.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your appointment. You will be considered “late” once 10 minutes from your scheduled appointment* has passed. Your appointment may be cancelled if you are late and your booking fee forfeited.

*Failure to arrive on time for your lash extension service will not change the end time of your scheduled appointment. Timed appointments begin whether you are there or not.

SUNDAY, HOLIDAY, + EVENING APPOINTMENTS

If you have an appointment that falls on an evening, Sunday or holiday please be advised that the entry doors may be locked. Justine will come to let you in at your appointment time. Should Justine be running behind on appointments you will be contacted.

RESCHEDULING

Please let Justine know if you are unable to attend your appointment. Rescheduling must be requested with at least 48 hours notice or the booking fee will be forfeited.

If you are sick it is best to reschedule. If you are just feeling slightly unwell or have a lingering symptom (e.g. cough) masks are available for clients upon request.

PERMANENT MAKEUP/COSMETIC TATTOOING/TATTOO LIGHTENING POLICIES

CONSULTATION MANDATORY

SECONDARY APPOINTMENTS

Secondary appointments can be scheduled no later than 16 weeks post procedure. Your secondary appointment must be scheduled between the dates given. If you fail to schedule a secondary appointment you will not be eligible for Colour Enhancement pricing.

NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

The variables that affect the success of a procedure are different for each person. While success cannot be guaranteed we will try several options to find a solution to your unique situation.

NO GUARANTEE OF RETENTION

The variables that affect the retention of a procedure are different for each person. While some clients experience long retention others may not. Your body, metabolism rate, skin types, colours used, as well as environmental and lifestyle will cause retention to vary from client to client. Therefore procedure longevity cannot be guaranteed.

COLOUR ENHANCEMENT

Colour Enhancements are offered to clients who wish to refresh or add to their colour after they have had their secondary appointment. Discounted prices are available for those who choose to enhance their colour within a one, two or three years of their initial procedure. Colour enhancements are only available to clients who have returned for their secondary appointment. 

AFTERCARE

You will be provided with specific instructions and all necessary products for your procedure aftercare.  Do not deviate from the prescribed aftercare instructions. Failure to properly care for your procedure or deviation from given aftercare instructions may result in refusal/cancellation of future services.

EYELASH EXTENSION POLICIES

LASH FILLS

Fills are only offered to returning clients who wish to maintain their eyelash extensions and are returning within 6 weeks since their last lash appointment and still have at least some lashes remaining. After 6 weeks a new set will be required.

NEW SET AND FILL APPOINTMENTS

Makeup and/or mascara must be removed before your eyelash extension service. Arriving with makeup and/or mascara will result in a make up removal fee of $10 and service minutes used for removal.

LATE ARRIVAL

Failure to arrive on time for your lash extension service will not change the end time of your scheduled appointment. Timed appointments begin whether you are there or not.

APPLICATION ISSUE

Severe eyelash extension loss within the first 48 hours after application will be considered an application issue. A new set or fill time will be offered as replacement.

NO GUARANTEE OF RETENTION

Eyelash extension retention (after 48 hour application period) is largely dependant on aftercare and the number of natural eyelashes as well as eyelash growth cycle.
